Sven van den Dungen

Sven fills a variety of roles related to asset management, acquisitions, underwriting, financing, and development of our multifamily portfolio. He has extensive experience with multifamily affordable housing development, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties, and state and federally funded public housing initiatives.

Sven joined the Connolly/First Hartford team originally as an assistant property manager with FHRC Management Corporation, our affiliated property management company, in 2017. Previously, he managed senior housing in downtown Boston for Preservation of Affordable Housing.

Sven holds a degree in marketing and business management from the University of Ghent in Belgium and is an Accredited Residential Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
